PeerConnect: Adaptive Fitness with Dare2Tri

Backbones is excited to partner with Dare2Tri to offer a series of virtual adaptive fitness sessions in February! These high-intensity interval sessions will include both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Each workout is modifiable for all ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment.
During this introductory meeting, we will:
- Give a demonstration of the types of exercises that will be included in the sessions
- Chat about the difficulties of staying fit during the pandemic and the options available
- Discuss the benefits this program would bring
- Announce weekly giveaway offerings of adaptive equipment
The adaptive fitness sessions will run on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm Central following this introductory meeting. Dates include February 3, February 10, February 17 and February 24.
