Adaptive Workout with Vertical Blonde

Backbones is excited to partner with Sarah Foley, also known as Vertical Blonde, to offer an adaptive fitness class! As a wheelchair user herself, Sarah saw the need for a more inclusive fitness program and created Disability Icon Fitness, which provides workouts for a seated lifestyle, accountability and coaching.
