New Faces at BACKBONES

We would like to welcome our newest BACKBONES intern from Adler University’s Social Justice Practicum! Volunteers, interns, board members, donors and friends are the ‘backbone’ of our organization and we could not operate without the valuable work they do. Get to know Reshma!

My name is Reshma Parikh and I am the new intern for Backbones! I am a first-year student at Adler University studying Clinical Psychology (PsyD). I am interested in the neuropsychology concentration, hoping to pursue this specialty in the future. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, traditional Indian dance, being around friends/family, and practicing transcendental meditation. The backbones community has been very welcoming and I have gained significant knowledge on social justice disability during my time here. I hope to connect with some Backbones community members throughout my internship experience!
