Hi
Well, I just got remarried and I now live in China. Just spent the past 11 days traveling from my home in the mountains of Dalian to Beijing, Seoul, London, Tokyo, Beijing (again) and am writing this from the exec lounge at the Shangri La Hotel in downtown Dalian where I am reviewing the hotel for mobility/access as I do for a lot of hotels, resorts, airlines etc around the world. And I do all of this from a wheelchair with complete paralysis and travel unaided/unaccompanied unless my wife is with me. The feature on BB is dated, I am afraid – about a year out of date, so happy here now. Doing PR on the new Mercedes campaign, the new U2 music video for “Ordinary Love” and the new Spike Jonze movie “Her” with Joachim and Scarlett. Gonna win two Oscars too.
So, thats me. Independent, married to a beautiful Chinese lady who also owns her own successful business and living in a 3000 sq ft one floor house on the edge of a lake in the mountains of North East China, just three miles or so from the ocean.
Life is good. Never believe anything else. I change things from within. I launched Folic Acid (wrote the ad copy for it) developed drugs for impotence so disabled men could have sex (because I wanted to have sex, mainly!) and wrote all the legislation for public events around the world for mobility users. Next time you are on a wheelchair viewing platform or using a disabled toiilet at a festival, I put it there. Now I am changing the way the Chinese react with the disabled by advising their four and five star hotels and airlines as to how best to deal with mobility.
One day, someone will write the book about my life. Been offfered but turned it down twice, Give my son my best, Tell him from me. Disability is a state of mind, not body, Deal with it in your head. Never lie down, keep as fit as you can and use your intellect always. Oh and get laid regularly.

Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Seems to fit well here for Kevin!
