Dare2Tri Fitness Challenge

BACKBONES and Dare2Tri are offering a series of 30 minute virtual fitness sessions! You can do this sitting down or standing up, so invite your friends, roommates, or even your kids! These interval sessions will include both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Each workout is modifiable for all ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment.
Our goal is for you to SHOW UP and stay active together, in community!
