February Fitness- Optional Class Schedule
Hello, BACKBONES!!! This February we are focusing on FITNESS! We are partnering with Dare2Tri to host a session every Wednesday in February at 5:30pm CST (30 minutes). If you attend the Wednesday class you will qualify for weekly giveaways. Our goal is for you to show up and exercise together.
Aside from Dare2Tri, there are also other exercise and wellness options throughout the week. To keep up with your fitness goals this month, check out some of these online exercise classes to help you stay active!
MONDAYS
CONDITIONING: “Join GLASA a full-body workout for both ambulatory and seated athletes. Bands and hand weights are recommended” Event occurs on Mondays @ 5 PM CST! Register here
TUESDAYS
STRENGTH TRAINING with Dare2tri @ 6:30 PM CST Register here
CARDIO: Join “Sitness Live Group Exercise-Sitness is a fully seated workout that requires no equipment to get your heart pumping and muscles burning.” Occurs Every Tuesday @ 1 PM CST led by Alex Blunt! Register here
